|
|
Hi, just a quick question. What is the SVL of an adult Mangrove monitor? Also can anyone name another lizard that's body (excluding tail) is very similar in size to an adult mangrove. I've got the opportunity to get a Mangrove, but want to be sure of adult size before I decide.
Thanks. |

Provide as much space as you possibly can! The indicus complex love climbing so you are going to want to provide as much height as possible. I would aim for minimum size of 8x3x5 for an adult.
Here is a pic of my 3' doreanus enclosure. It is 5x2.5x4, and it is not her final cage.
Hope this helps!

for an adult koppel i'd go for 2,5x1x1,5.
the really like to swim aswell so if possible get them a large water bowle.
