the temperature in my whites tank is sitting at seventy and both frogs have moved to the floor in the corner is this normal and how do i get the temp up if i need to their both feeding fine and are nice and fat my frogs are all about five months old.

70°F = 20°C, that is a bit low, their optimum daytime temperature range is 25-27°C (75-82°F) with a drop at night to 22°C (72°F).
I would suggest you purchase a thermostat and heat mat to raise the temperature.

hi i have a heat mat on the back of my tanks the temperature seems to drop in the day when i have no heating on and the room temp is low when i'm in and the heating is on the tank sits at 80.
when it was warmer i had no worries its now the winter is here.

the heater needs to be regulated by a stat to keep constant temperatures, it also sounds like you may need a larger heater.
