Sorry my answer is a bit late - I don't normally frequent the feeder forum...but I had a pair of does give birth together and they did the same thing, trying to steal each others babies.

I'm afraid the best option would be to split them...the female stealing the babies would be causing quite a bit of undue stress to the mother, and of course there is a possibility of injury to the babies, especially at such a delicate stage.
