hi not shure if this is true but i red that fish is pionus to bosc but waait for other peolpe to give there appinion befor takeing my advise

I have used fresh water fish ocasionally in the past and have never noticed any ill effects other then the smell once it was passed Shocked .

I would only use fresh water fish fit for human consumption, and i would not use it as a stable diet. I would imagine that sea water fish could cause problems eventually due to the amount of salt.

dont by live fish from aquatic shops the chemicals they put in the water will be harmfull to your bosc
fish from the fish mongers will be fine

1. saltwater fish have no more salt in their tissue than freshwater fish
2. some freshwater fish have high levels of thiaminase in their tissues, an enzyme which breaks down thiamin (one of the B vitamins). Feeding a reptile exclusively freshwater fish can cause problems.
