Ground turkey just buy raw turkey and mince it in a food processer.. bone meal probably available @ a pet store or a seed merchant.

just go to the grocery store to buy ground turkey. bone meal can be bought at a health food store. be sure to get the kind designed for human consumption. the SDZ diet is a good supplement when you run out of whole food items.
