Was just watching my crestie hunting after I inroduced a cricket onto a branch in his viv. The next thing he leaps a good 8 inches (nearly a foot!) from one of the upper branches and totally SPLATTERED this poor little cricket with a high impact blow. Its guts ended up all over the glass .
From not having any interest in live food a couple of weeks ago, to now; taking no prisoners, is quite amazing Enjoy

i agree a superb example of a crestie! wouldn't mind having a crestie or two about the place again. seeing all these pics makes me wonder why i got rid of mine in the first place!  |

Lol I love it when Crestie really go for it, they almost compare with a good snake strike, I know the first time I saw it I was worried that he would injure himself but it was the poor old cricket that bought it, not quote as widely spread as that one tho
