I have to agree, that is completely unfair

A report compiled by A.greenwood amongst others which I have, among many recommendations, some good, some bad, he calls for a flat rate across the country for the license, however some of the bad as some will say, not myself! is that the normal vets used for inspections are not experienced enough! and that there should a database of approved vets for the area applied for on the DWAL.

extreme prices for dwa licenses will do two things which are opposites.
1. keep people who SHOULDNT have them from having them.
2. make them own them illegally.
is it worth it? _________________ cardboard city. |
