all my file sizes are too big, anyone know if they can be shrunk or not?

have you got a photo program? just re-save the photos at a slightly smaller size (600x400 is about max)

there's loads of free software on the net you can use if you haven't any.

I found this program on the web http://www.irfanview.com/

Its easy to use which was a bonus for me!
