Got home 2nite and he's basking as usual,i dropped a few crickets in for him to eat and as usual he started to chase them about the viv. However he seems really offbalance, he walks straight and then after a few steps his head starts to twist to one side and he staggers then rights himself Shocked . Is this some sort of middle ear infection or the symptons for something more serious. he will be going to the vets, just wondered if anyone could shed any light

Cheers Mike

are crickets the only food given and do you use a calcium supplement?
as a vitamin / mineral deficiency could maybe cause such syptoms.

hi sorry it took so long to get back, the internet is being weird. As far as i knwo he hasnt had a drop, there are no big drops in his viv for him to fall off. He gets locust, mealies, crix, and the odd pinkie, i dust his food about twice a week. it was only that one day he was doing it, he seems fine again now Confused . thought it might be the UV that was on the blink and he wasnt getting enough???

Cheers mike
