I finished one for the pygmies today, and have to say - if you have time to do it, it's well worth it.
I used a few plants, but ended up not using a couple - I got carried away buying stuff. Within an hour, ALL the crickets had congregated behind the back wall, so after flushing a few out, I decided to block it up with moss.
The remaining seven will perish
It looks a bit scruffy ATM, but will be good when it grows into itself.
You can see one cham, and part of the other.
Comments/pics of your own setups welcome. _________________

looking good Tom.
I set up some small exo terra for display at the Reptile Fan Club show, used weeping figs. I found that the root ball was too deep though approx 7", being that I only needed the plants to last 24 hours I cut the root balls down to 3" max, then planted them nd used them for the display.
That was 2 months (????) ago now and the plants are still all fine even after a complete butchering _________________

looking real nice Tom
Plants are much harder than people give credit for so a little bit of kacking doesnt do them to muh harm _________________ Paul

Yeh, fingers crossed they'll do okay.
It looks pretty scruffy because of the twigs, leaves etc, but unlike darts, they need these to grip hold of, they make little pathways for the chams. _________________

Nice set-ups guys, I always choose to have naturalistic set-up vivariums at home, especially for diurnal species. Unfortunately I don't have any pictures of any of my old ones as they all got deleted when my computer caught a virus I'll see if I have any elsewhere. Keep the pictures coming guys! _________________ Regards James Stroud |

substrate deepens at the back Tom and around the base of the plants, as thats where they like to dig and lay around the roots. The deepest being about 4 to 5 inches.

Lovely Set Up I Must Say. Nice And Natural.
Im Getting a Brazilian Rainbow Boa (Young) And Im thinking of putting it in my Exo terra (Largest - 60x45x60) and im just saying this because humiderty needs to be up to about 70-85 at all times.
So Can You get this high humiderty in these Exo Terras. My only concern is the Top (All Wire Mesh) And Im worried the humiderty is just going to run out of this.
AnY Ideas, Pm if necessary. Thanks |

You could cling film half the top or use some perspex over the mesh, that would help with the humidity.
