Fed 'em crickets today that was an 'interesting'. Not the brightest of creatures crickets are they? Dusted 'em in calcium placed them gently and lovingly onto the land sections to be eaten and they jump into the water and either drown and/or lose all the calcium - Well sod that for a lark there gonna get gut loaded with high calcium content bug food in future.
One of the FBT's dissapears every time my hand goes into the tank so it took me three hours of fishing jmping crickets out of the water to make sure he got some albeit only three he gave up and whent and hid after that
With a bit of luck he/she whatever will settle down a bit in a few days and start eating a bit more if not I'll have to seperate him for a while and make sure he's getting his share - nothing to worry about they all look well fed. |
