Have you never thought of making a chamber of caves by placing a load of bricks all on their side then putting a slab of wood on top. Gives them different areas to hide in with lots of space so they don't get in each others then its easy to check where they are by lifting the wood up. Don't have a picture to shouw you what I mean but it worked well for me Smile

A friend of ours was once bitten by one of his Gilas,

His comments still make me laugh
"I know it wouldn't kill me, but i was in that much pain if i could have killed myself i would have done"

Another funny thing, when they bite they don't let go. Shocked

Wow.. They are lovely..
I assume they require CITES permits or whatever the correct name is, but are they easy enough to care for? and is a bite likely or are they fairly tolerable?
