I've got a Minolta Z5 at the moment which I am happy with but saw this advertised

http://www.dcresource.com/reviews/samsung/nv10-review/index.shtml

I know its not a high end camera etc but looks so slim could be pretty useful for travelling light or on boozy stag trips etc

Whats Samsungs reputation like for making cameras??

They have made some good cameras but I would shop around a little...have a read here http://www.pcworld.com/article/id,127440-page,1-c,digitalcameras/article.html ...no doubt there are lots more reviews of this camera but the few i have looked at are along the lines of the one I linked to...depends what you want it for i guess.. Cool

Canon Ixus ones are very good and small. Even the outdated ones are good.

The recent reviews on the gadget show (geek alert Shocked ) seemed to show that the ixus (the new one at least) was overrated compared to similar priced cameras (tho I cant remember what they were). Definately worth having a good look through some reviews first Smile

http://www.steves-digicams.com/hardware_reviews.html

This is a good website for reviews with lots of info and a wide range of models.
There is a drop-down menu of different aspects for each camera.
