Hi all,

http://www.boaphileplastics.com/multi_cage_packages.html

Have any of you used these cages? They look and sound GREAT and seem to be very well thought out.

They are made in the US and I have emailed to find out how feasible it is to have them shipped over here (prboably expensive).

I would like to create a new setup to house all my snakes (13 corns, royal, boa, gopher snake) and these seem to be perfect.

P.S I am NOT affiliated with Boaphile plastics, just I have been looking at these for ages and would love to hear the opinions of others. They have loads of heat and lighting options too!

Any thoughts?

Thanks

Gary

My thoughts are that electric wise it would go BANG as it wouldn`t be compatable with our system.

Nice vivs though.

Surely a converter would sort that out?

Couldn't you build your own multi-viv stack for much cheaper?

They seem quite expensive, and I imagine shipping from the US would be a LOT Confused

Thanks for the feedback. Well I guess sorting out heating over here would be ok.

To be honest I am trying to work out what to do with my snakes. I was thinking of having a friend dad build me a setup (he is very good at woodwork).

I just REALLY liked the clean modular look of the boaphile vivs.

Man it's a difficult decision!!

I love the look of boaphiles, but the likes of vision/herptek are much more practical in the UK. Boaphiles have been asked about shipping to the UK before and basically said it isnt worth doing in terms of cost/bulk.
Do let us know what they say though, would be interesting to hear if they can be brought into the UK.

I found these a while back, and thought they looked great for humidity loving reptiles (i.e. my BRB's), but no one sells them here, and it would be prohibitively expensive to have them shipped over, so I gave up on that idea.

I'm sur the lighting/heating could be adapted without much of a problem.

Just seen this ad on Liveffod, looks like this guy has come up with something
very similar to the Boaphiles.
