Took a few snaps of my pair of pueblans. The female is just up to size and the male should be by next year with a bit of luck. Here is the male, _________________ YSBRYDOLI POBL, GWELLA LLEOEDD

Nice mate - I have an apricot coming upto adult hood. Never had it sexed though so not sure whether its a male or female
How careful do you have to be when putting these peublans together for breeding? Is the cannabalistic tendancy there in general with the milks? _________________ I didnt do it. |

Yeah they do.....mine like most milk & king snakes would musk on demand which absolutely stunk and I could never get a photo of it without actually holding it as it would fly around the viv when I went in.
They do calm down a lot though, just their "baby" stage really _________________ I didnt do it. |

If they are put together at the right time and one isn`t twice the size of the other there is normally no problem.
They do calm down with regular handling Adam but are by nature a very shy and secretive snake. _________________ YSBRYDOLI POBL, GWELLA LLEOEDD

Great looking snakes Peter, yet another species I'd like to keep again in the future! Had to give mine up the winter before they'd have been in perfect shape for breeding the following year, gutted.
Look forward to seeing the outcome of this pairing next year!
