Hey all,
you may have already seen them but if you go to youtube.com and do a search for the user "viperkeeper" (or hit the link) he's got 52 vids of some really cool herps he keeps.
My faves are the red spitters, the puffs, and the Bush vipers. See what you think
Al

[quote="Drymarchon32"]Hey all,

Yes I've been watching them for months and they're really great
I've found them especially helpful in honing my safety techniques when working with my venomous. Almost like mini lessons with varied species.
As his name suggests he keeps mostly vipers which is what I keep, so I've learnt a lot watching them
I must have watched "more fun with Puff Adders" a hundred times in preparing for my own 3 foot killing machine
He is also a contributing member of a great venomous website based in the states:
http://www.venomousreptiles.org/
" Feeding Clips" is also very good. The Horned Adder (B.caudalis) taking down a live mouse! Awesome! _________________ You can't trust the snake......but you can always trust the snake to be a snake.

Ironically, this is the only viper in my collection that is wild caught
From Ghana in West Africa.
I've only had her a month but she's settled in just as well as my cb's _________________ You can't trust the snake......but you can always trust the snake to be a snake. |

Nice! I can imagine no one wants to breed them, largest clutch size of any snake, something like 156 was the record. How does anyone shift 150 Puffs?

Who knows?
The guy I got mine from imported them all the time apparently.
He told me he had 60 on his premises at one time! _________________ You can't trust the snake......but you can always trust the snake to be a snake. |
