maybe slightly biased but I would have to agree and say Beardies (have over 75 of various morphs and sizes)

about 15 mins a day, I place a mix of crickets and locust in a dustbin each day, poor in the vit supplements and then throw hand fulls into each cage.
(well, I say 15 minutes, my girlfriend reckons a few hours Crying or Very sad )

you can keep them on there own but they are social animals and like to be in a pairs or more with a female beardie on her own there is a very rare chance that she could lay infertile eggs but as i sed its very rare


im still learning with beardies so im sure some one that has had them longer will correct me if im wrong
