WOW superb looking animals... great photos too...
Are Gilas docile? I know you wouldn't handle one like you would a Beardie, but just wondered what their temperament was like. _________________ Best wishes, Jackie

I'm curious, they look a lot more "skink like" than i imagined. Are they a member of the skink familly? _________________ TFA

No because they are venomous they are held only with Beaded lizards in there family (Helodermidae (?)), they are really weird to touch, not having overlapping scales like many skinks but not being very agile. |

Can I ask what's the point in keeping venomous animals???... I would never keep venomous reps cause I love holding my snakes and I would hate to always have a hook and be alert all the time handling them... This is to all people that keep venomous pets.. |
