After 18 months and 3 re-designs I have decided to retire Toby's viv. I made it from Conti board but due to humidity/moisture it was starting to swell in places.

The new viv is in essence a shower cubicle. Base shower tray 750mm x 750mm. Walls 9mm ply with UPVC wall board inside and any exposed timber treated to 4 coats of yacht varnish. What with work, family life, drying times etc, it's taken me about 6 weeks to complete and now that I've done the maths, probably more than just buying one. But hey it's only money and where is the fun in buying one.

I'm looking for a pair of Jackson's Chameleons .

They look really interesting . Smile

There are quite a few Reptile shops in the area but none of them have any for sale and I'm struggling to find a pair so it may have to be something different .

Lol 93; Great cham viv, well done. Wink

Oli H; There were Jackson`s on the classifieds not long ago, and at least one of our members has some somewhere. Jackson`s like plenty of air flow and also prefer cooler conditions to most species of Chameleon. Air conditioning in the room that houses them is a good move, plus they really appreciate a spell outdoors in a "predator proof" contained area as the weather allows when the natural sunlight and fresh air will benefit them greatly. Smile

I will have a hunt around for you when I find time Wink . It might well be worth putting a wanted ad in the classifieds section. I certainly have seen them advertised on at least three seperate occassions in the last year so don`t give up! Smile

Check this member out maybe Wink http://www.captivebred.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?t=5344
