Looked in one of my vivs today and found some more D. pumilio 'Darklands' eggs Smile

Thought I might as well have a look in the others......and imagine my surprise when I found these three little fellas Shocked

And to top the day off, I got to see my own little tadpole for the first time Very Happy

do the parents leave spawn like other frogs ?

did they morph like that with out you noticing the tadpoles ?

In pumilio's the males take the tadpoles to water once they leave the egg.

The females then go round and feed the tadpoles infertile eggs.

This species is practically impossible to raise successfully manually, so you just have to hope the adults take care of it.

I didn't even know that pair had laid eggs!!
