Looked in one of my vivs today and found some more D. pumilio 'Darklands' eggs
Thought I might as well have a look in the others......and imagine my surprise when I found these three little fellas
And to top the day off, I got to see my own little tadpole for the first time |

Cheers guys
Don't know if there are any more pums in the viv yet, these were just the ones that were sitting in the open.
And I thought there was nothing going on in that viv |

In pumilio's the males take the tadpoles to water once they leave the egg.
The females then go round and feed the tadpoles infertile eggs.
This species is practically impossible to raise successfully manually, so you just have to hope the adults take care of it.
I didn't even know that pair had laid eggs!! |
