im quite keen on getting a crested and ive been reading up on them for a bit but one thing that bothers me is my fear that if i buy one it will constantly jump out of my hands when i try to handle him/her.
do i need to be concerned? |

Mine were slightly jumpy when I first got them but the regular handling they soon settled down. You can usually tell when they are about to jump as they curl their toes up before leaping. When handling them it's best to hold one hand in front of the other so they have something to walk onto. _________________

2 of mine jump like frogs but you can tell once you get to know them
only my dalmation is more chilled out and enjoys resting on my hand.
good thing is cresties are easy to catch again.
i was worried about the same thing when i got my first.
my newest took a hell of a jump in the shop when i first got it
like me jumping of a mountain LOL _________________ ULI |

You can stop them jumping by hand walking them, place you hand upright in front of them will make them climb rather than jump.. |
