Hi was over at a friends house to pick up a snake and was having a look at some of collection. Amongst his collection was a 10ft Ptyas carinatus, absolutely stunning. After a while we noticed something attached to the tounge, onn both sides of the tounge. I have never come across anything like this, has anyone else seen this in snakes??? You input would be much appreciated.
Regards

It seems to have gone now although i confess i haven't had him out for a close inspection as of yet.
I think it was down to him biting himself a few hours before, he seems to have had a reaction to his own saliva _________________ TFA
