I only have a few photos of my gliders. Ive only had them a few days but they seem to be bonding to me pretty quickly.
My camera is rubbish in low light conditions and I dont like to use the flash with them, even thought they dont react to it. Plus they dont stay still for vary long and the delay on my digi camera is unbelievable
So heres a couple of pics for now. Ill put some more up when they are a bit more bonded to me and used to lighter conditions.

Wicked little possums! Thanks for sharing! You mention bonding, were they reared using a pouch? I know that pouches are sometimes used to carry the young in by the keeper and so help with the bonding process, just like being in the mother`s pouch.
Great pics! _________________ YSBRYDOLI POBL, GWELLA LLEOEDD

the people we bought them from said they had stopped handling them to get them to breed and that we would have to spend a few weeks taming them before they (the gliders that is) would let us go near them.
After 2 days they were coming to my hand and letting me handle them with no crabbing. Although i dont think there is a bond set up as yet, I think they will bond to me quickly. I dont have a pouch but im looking at getting one.
Problem is the only ones i can find are in america.
Last night i spent 30 mins being used as a platform for gliding. The shyest of the two would run up to either my head or shoulder then glide across the room before legging it back over to me, climbing me again and jumping.
Im hoping the bonding keeps going this well. At this rate they sould trust me completely pretty soon. |

Maybe try these people. They mention somewhere about being able to advise where to get equipment from.....

I do like them, although heard they can be real aggresive unless you spend a lot of time with them.
Are their feet 'sticky'? My dormice have real sticky feet, feels wierd when they run across you. _________________
