what is the best uv light to use?and how does the different wattage adapters work do you have to have one higher than the other

For bearded dragons I use Reptisun 8.0 or Reptisun 5.0

The 8.0 gives provides a higher UV output and is a blue coloured light
The 5.0 provides a slightly lower UV output but is a more pleasent White daylight.

For a display viv, the 5.0 would be fine, just position it so that the beardeds can get with 6"'s of it (either by mounting it near the base or providing resting perches close to it).

Not sure what you mean by the wattage adapters? Perhaps ask the shop that one.
