Whilst piercing the lid of a plastic tub for my locust eggs, I inadvertently stabbed my right hand index finger (I am left handed), just below the nail with my sharp pointy penknife attachment, it went straight in until it hit the bone!
It hurt, a lot. It bled a lot, so I wrapped it in a tissue and bound it with parcel tape, all I had to hand at the time.
So folks please do not try this at home! _________________ www.rickslivefood.co.uk

Geez Rick, how bad is the cut?? Do you need stitches? If you didn't get medical help, I hope you at least disinfected the cut. Doesn't sound to good and your not one to exaggerate.
Sorry about that. Didn't mean to sound like your mother. But... |

It's not that bad, it was only a small hole as the stabby Thing I was using was sharp and pointed. Mind you it did swell up to twice it's normal size, perhaps I should stab meself elsewhere ROFLMFAO.
I am always injuring myself, I am a bit gung ho at times and tend to rush about like a mad thing. I cut my head open yesterday, I bent down underneath the window cill messing about with some plant pots, stood up engaged top of head on corner of window cill quite a bit of blood hahhahahaah what a divvy!
The best one was; whilst converting a lounge into a kitchen in an old house of mine, I left all my toolS laying around. I was sat on the floor channeling in the wall for electric runs when someone came in and distracted me in mid hit with 7lb club hammer smashed my finger wide open, needed stitches for that. The next time working on the same job sat back to have a break and sat on an upright metal 45 degree measure that managed to embed itself in my bottom, left check still have scar. That was quite funny. I did not want to go to a&e with that. After all why would I want a young nursey to look at my nether regions ROFLMAO. _________________ www.rickslivefood.co.uk

You really are a clout aren't you? I'm starting to think it is a miracle you made it this far (age wise).
Question: a&e, I know you are talking about the Emergency Room in a hospital but what does the a&e stand for? I've never heard of it put in those terms before.
Reading the Forum, I am learning a lot of new expressions. |
