Some pics of my Yemen's chameleon pair
first of all my male trap sutjies (its the Afrikaans name for a cham means to walk quietly and carefully) my wife is from South Africa, hence the name.
And my female vercleur (also Afrikaans it means to change colour)
She was gravid when this pic was taken. _________________ 3 bearded dragons.

A Veiled Yemen Chameleon is a good starter chameleon or a Panther Chameleon. Yemens are hardy and much cheaper to buy than Panthers. Panthers in my view are almost as easy to raise and care for as Yemens. But are more expensive to purchase. With Panthers there is more of a variety of colours to go for. Where as Yemens are more on the green side.
I would suggest perhaps a Yemen first. Worth maybe doing some research first to make sure a chameleon is what you really want.
Chamelons are fascinating creatures and with time and patience are extremely rewarding to keep. _________________ www.rickslivefood.co.uk
