Hi
I'm Ray,just signed in to say hello.I had quite a bit of bother signing up with all the abbreviations, still didn't know what most of them mean.
Never mind managed to get here in the end.
Scott asked me to ask my questions on here so everyone can benefit from the answers so here goes. I have recently purchased a pair of Fiji iguanas they are last years babies. I have tried to achieve the best kind of conditions for them with a large Viv humidity and temp. I was wondering if you[ Scott that is] had had a similar problem with them not showing any sign of feeding when he got his Fijians.I welcome any suggestions or tips from anyone on this subject. Thanks Ray

Hi Ray,

I found they took a little while to settle in but would take insects offered off tongs straight away, also pinks.

They didn't like to come down to feed, prefering feeding platforms up in the branches. They were very keen on banana too.

I stopped feeding with the tongs as it was getting too time consuming, instead just throwing a handfull of locust in, after a week or so of this they would hunt them down no problems.

Good luck,
Scott
