when my beardies are basking they sometimes have their mouths wide open, is this normal |

thanks for the reply i keep it at between 30 and 35 degrees C, its only now and again when they do i've just started noticing there doing it as they get bigger! |

i may be wrong but i was told that the hottest end of a beardie viv should be between 80 and 90 degrees. going on the basis that the basking lamp and heat mat are at the same end _________________ ade2005 |

thats what 30-35 is when its converted i'm new to keeping them so i just go off scotts care sheet, and any replys i get off here. |

yea hes got metabolic bone disease (very common )so ive been told plus hes being dominated by the larger male so a very hard time for him _________________ ade2005 |
