The consultant was doing his rounds and had to deliver some bad news but he always liked to end up on a positive note; Mr Smith I have some good news and some bad news; The bad news is that we have had to amputate both your legs, mr Smith replies so what is the good news, Consultant says, the guy in the next bed wants to buy your slippers of you.


The sister of mercy goes into confession, on the way out another sister asks her what her penance is; she replies I touched a man in a private place and I now have to wash my hands in the holy water. The other sister goes into confession....... on the way out the first sister asks her what her penance is, she replies I have to gargle with holy water.

In the USA in the 70's an elderly lady hears a ring at her door; she answers the door and the fed x man is there with a telegrame for her. She says ooo I've never had a telegrame before how exciting, would you be so kind as to sing it to me, the fed x man replies, sorry mam but that is against our protocol, the elderley lady says ohhhhhhh please do I am so lonely and never even get a letter. The fed x man replies, OK mam but this is really against our protocol; your son has died in Vietnam do dah do dah .............
