Does anyone have any information/advice/experiences with using this?

"SandFire Superfoods Crested Gecko Meal Replacement Powder"
I've read about it on a couple of forums and care sheets.. I'm just wondering if it really is all it's meant to be. I know calcium is very important to gecko's, esp females, and I just wanted to know what exactly is in this stuff, and if it is advisable to use as a complete food. Obviously we would vary his/her's diet a bit when we get her because I know I'd get bored of the same stuff all the time!.. but is this stuff any good?
Does anyone on here use it?
Thanks!

Hi Sarah,
I use 'CGD' for my rhaco collection, I use every other day and crickets inbetween (crickets dusted with nutrabol). Since I started using CGD my hatch rates have increased and no signs of MBD in my females.
I have many crested geckos that I bought direct from Allan Repashy, he created the T-rex crested gecko diet to feed to his collection excusively. He has done this now for many generations and is happy with the results, I must admit his geckos are some of the best I have seen.
I mix a little baby food in with my CGD as I use the crickets too, if I was to feed exlcusively like Allan, I would not add the baby food. _________________

I'm based in Essex, we drove to Enfield yesterday to two reptile specialists.. and nothing. |

I'm afraid Allan is based in California...I had to fly over to buy mine (plus had to buy over 100!).
I have some of Allan's for sale here http://www.captivebred.co.uk/available_all.htm
and can courier too. _________________
