i would:
change all the snake substrates to paper towels or newspaper, as the mites will hide in the substrate.
with frontline, when i have treated snakes for mites (none of my own collection) spray it on your hands and just rub all over the snake.
make sure no one brings their snakes inot your room, or you don't take any snakes to someone else, as it may pass onto their collection.
hope that helps _________________ Tom

Try and get yourself some pro-vent-a-mite Jack, its very effective and your don't have to worry about rubbing chemicals over your snakes.
The proventamite is sprayed over the substrate in the tank, put the animals in another tub, take all your snake tubs away into an animal free room or the garden and spray the houses and substrate and tank and leave it to dry for an hour or so, then pop your snakes back in and the mites will start to die when they come into contact with the substrate. _________________ 0.0.1 Corn

i think a soak in water with a squirt od washing up liquis can do it too. the washing up liquid hold the mites underwater and drowns them. remember whatever you use, repeat it a few times to get rid of any that hatch after the initial process.
and all snakes must be done. empty everything out of tubs and vivs. put them on kitchen roll, or newspaper, and give them cardboard(disposable)hides. _________________

im not sure about the tubs etc. you do get reptile disinfectant. i use milton on the tongs, but rinse them well afterwards.
i think a mild solution of bleach well rinsed, does it too. _________________
