it is against the law now, to own an animal and not get it treatment. what im getting at is folk who breed them, any animal, not just reps, then find they cant sell them, and decide to have them pts.
now i know for a fact my vet(romaine)would refuse to do this. but there are others around the country who might do it.
if you are not prepared to keep any you cant find homes for, then you shouldnt breed.
