Not me!
Mouhouti are definately kept/bred in Europe, and are offered ocassionally as captive bred.
I don't know anyone who has these in the UK, although I'm sure there are somewhere.

I have 0.2 mouhoti and 1.0 obsti. I've had them for about 8 years but can't find a male mouhoti or female obsti.
I live in Canada.

I saw a sexed pair of mouhouti for sale the other day, but in Europe I'm afraid!!!
