Hey folks, this is another non-feeding question.
not for royals, for house snakes.
been reading a few bits and bobs & I'm going to try "Tuna Brine" as 3/4 peeps said that's a good one.
but something intriguing was mentioned, a car ride... now, i ask you lot as you keep royal pythons (need i say more )
heard of this/tried this, does it work?
I've got to try that lol _________________ Reptiles by Erik Paterson

I have heard that people have had non feeder start feeding again after transporting.
Not too sure if this is more a case of someone buying a snake that hasn't fed and moving them into a better setup and that started them feeding or just the fact that the snake was disturbed.
Overall I offer food to all new snakes in the evening of the day they arrived, 99% feed that evening. _________________

hmmm that doesn't seem like a coincidence to me
well now... i wonder which lucky snake gets to go for a drive lol
will let you know, i will take around 4 out each with a pink, ones who have yet to feed, and see who eats during transport or after - will be interesting.

it worked for me, but i hadnt heard of it at the time. they have to be in total darkness, so jammed in boot somewhere, and it has to be a decent length journey. _________________

well it worked for me, although some swear by dipping heads in chicken soup. the mice heads not thier own, and that didnt work for me. i tried tuna oil too, well i didnt have tuna i had a tin of salmon so i used that. it didnt work. as i said remember put them in total darkness in the boot. _________________
