Hi,

Well I managed to keep my hands to myself for the whole week to let him settle in (just it has to be admitted Embarassed ).

Still haven't decided on a name but took some more pics of him while cleaning his tank.

I actually took about twenty-five pics but most of them managed to suck, blow and bite all at the same time.

I need a camera with a manual focus I swear. Rolling Eyes

Overall I had him out and handled him for about 25 minutes before putting him back in and I'm glad to say it didn't put him off his dinner later.

Have you had any ideas for a name for him? Lynne is always really good a naming snakes if you want some help Very Happy

Thanks! Smile

I was kind of leaning towards "Bonez" (owing to some of the patterns on his back) or "lester" owing to some appalling taste on my part. Embarassed

But I want to wait till I know his temperament and foibles a bit better before making a final decision so it fits him.

That's a good one Lynne Very Happy

I get what you mean about getting to know him before naming him, some of mine have names that don't suit them and others have very approcpriate names. even the ones with swear words in them Laughing

That's one beautiful BP. Where did you get him from?

I think a cool name for him would be Buster.

You are Dr Del, which broken down is D.D, which is double D. Double D, (apart from being a cracking size), is a bra size, a bra size is a 'bust' and the 'E.R.' on the end of buster is as per the TV show which has Doctors in it and you are Dr. Del.

(A bit like comedy Dave's tedious link really Laughing

Hi,

Lol @ Bazzer - that is some serious convoluted thinking you have yourself there. Laughing

I got him from CrystalPalaceReptiles - apparently he comes as an F2 from the platty female in Ghana.

Which threw up another name - Shem.

Second son of Noah according to this page which seems kind of fitting too.

That's a nice name Lynne - definately going on the list.

Where do you find out the language used in Ghana and a list of words and meanings? Sounds like the sort of thing I could spend hours looking through. Cool
