I agree competely with scott on this one however i never introduce to almost mature animals if different sexes. If they are brought up together or at least with other cresties then they seem to learn some sort of social skills and know not to jump on at the first sight of a breeding opertunity.
I find that if you introduce 2 animals that have always been kept apart then the male will be eager to breed as soon as he sees a female _________________
