i found a racing pigeon, and have to keep it till the courier picks it up on monday. any tips on what it can eat apart from racing mix??? its really shattered poor wee mite. have put it in a large rub(petes, sorry pete}with a wee box it can go in to hide, and it has water and some broken up bread till i get seed. its in hut and i have door open to give it some light and air. any more tips??? _________________

well i spoke to the guy who owns him, and he says broth mix!!!! i hope he will do ok, if i can keep him eating till monday he will be fine. he is sleeping at minute, poor soul is shattered. _________________

I bet he is shattered....poor thing....and lucky you've got him and he's not lying in a field or on a road somewhere. Let us know how he gets on....and hope he manages to eat a little something to keep his strength up. |

they have rings with numbers on them. i rang the racing pigeon place and they have records of who owns what. they gave me phone number. _________________
