I think one of the characteristics that may have held the YB back (in terms of popular demand) is that it looks not dissimilar to a normal. In fact, if someone could post a side-by-side picture of a YB and a Normal, it would be interesting to compare the two animals.

Now, as the YB is supposedly much, much more than a (visual) Het Ivory perhaps it would have been better to call it "a Het Wonder Gene" or "Het Magic Marker" or some equally daft name that properly reflected its vast potential. Incidentally, I think the Woma suffered much the same marketing strategy ... Laughing

I have to say i do like the YB's, and my male does actually have a Yellow Belly, I'll try and get pics that show it Confused Some fantastic combos in there, I love the Ivories and the YB Pastel is a screamer Smile
