It's strange how some morphs sell less enthusiastically than others, ok now I know that the brightest, most colourfull will always out sell the dull and plain but with most buyers actually buying morphs to create new morphs I've always wondered why they seem to over look yellow bellies Confused Especially when they are the key to some many fantastic & outrageous morphs.

Anyway, here's a Yellow belly appreciation thread Laughing If you have any photos or links to morphs created by using a yellow belly, please post them up here.

I'll start with just a plain yellow belly, of course with it's belly showing (although they don't actually have yellow bellies Laughing )

I can believe people over look them - Yellow Bellies are a fantastic co-dom
It seems a lot of people have some confusion over how they differ from normals - but if you sit down with a normal in one hand and a YB in the other theres a whole world of difference - the nice blushing / high tones of yellow - will post a couple of pictures of mine later - one of which provided by scott (she is fantastic) - nice ivory by the way scott.

cheers for the comments Ben.

People are catching on to the yellow belly gene, 2007 I sold out pretty quick (although I only had a few) but 2006 there wasn't as much interest at all.

I think you sumed it up Rachel, everyone wanted an actual 'visual' mutation, but now it appears people are getting 'savy' to the genetics behind the visual side.

I'm hoping for one or two yellow belly clutches to hatch this season and plan on keeping a few females back for future projects Embarassed
