I must be getting confused i thought that was Varanus acanthurus brachyurus.
I think the neonate bit confused me .. im easily confused ...

cheers people, i'm a bit chuffed, these are my first monitors Very Happy got two other eggs shrivilled, four are still large, round, pure white and smooth, not holding much hope for these but you never know in this game, time will tell Very Happy
