world of water is an aquatic specialist in watford which has just started doing reptiles.

So me and my mum visited today, and i was very angry, nearly all enclosures had at least one fault, and many animals looked unhealthy and were being offered the incorrect food. i nearly had a go at them, but my mum asked me not to (lol she get embarassed easily). i do not know what to do now. i really want to go back and in a calm composed manner explain to them all their faults.

Here are some of the things that i noticed

They had brown basilisks, in a viv with hardly any decor (a plant and a log) and they were very nervous. i walked past and one ran at the glass.

They had chinese water dragons, and their viv looked very dry. it also had no water source. there was a large bowl but it had all dried up.

They had poison arrow frogs without any clean water, they just had tiny little bowl of water which had mostly dried up and was filled with dirt. their enclosure also had medium brown crickets in it (?)

They had albino horned frogs in a dry enclosure, again with no proper water.

They had hatchling kenyan sand boas being kept on sand (this may not seem bad to some people, but i think hatchling and adult sand boas should be kept on aspen).

They has single tiny corn snakes in excessively large vivs

They had bearded dragons with no water source and the only food source being those brightly coloured pellets.

They had frilled lizards being kept in the same way as the beardies above, (including the pellets) but also they had no opportunity to climb, the only decor was rocks and horizontal logs.

They had leopard geckos, which was mostly correct, except for 2 massive errors, they had no water source, and they were being fed those beardie pellet things.

they had crested geckos in a viv heated to 30.5C!! thats 90F!! and on the labels they had advice on how to keep them and for the temperature it said 85F as the correct temperature, i was shocked.

They had chameleons, both yemens and panthers, both of which were in very dry enclosures. the only water source in the panthers enclosure was an exo terra waterfall which was switched off. and the yemen looked very thin and unwell, and he had an automatic sprayer system, but his viv was dry.

I just left after a while i was very annoyed. i do not know what to dso now though, should i send a letter? go and confront them, or just let it go?
