Hi all,
I don't usually post on here (am more of a gecko gal myself!) but I just had to show off my house mates new King Baboon spider. I only have one pic as yet, so far she does not ant to come and play! Her name is Iseult. The pic really doesn't do her justice - she is stunning! and HUGE! Anyway spider lovers, drool away (or i will at least!) Also if anyone has any advice on their behaviour, shedding habits etc that will be most appreciated.
Thanks,
Holly

Nice Baboon, though I'm more of an arboreal man myself, how big is it? _________________ A lil bit of Madagascar

She is about 7/8 inches from one leg to another across.
Yea she is a demon! Not the most docile of creatures and not a happy lady at all but your right about the substrate, once we bulked it up abit she started to burrow. Very interesting to watch. _________________ some people are like slinkies. Not really good for anything but they bring a smile to your face when pushed down the stairs. |
