Great pity someone felt the need to feed the press with this story. NO venomous bites make good press and only add to the anti reptile keeping campaigns. Sorry but I am really dispointed it has made national press, there was NO REASON it should of done but of course I guess it has put the shops name in the papers.
Of course I'm happy that no one will died and no long term medical damage was done. _________________

getting bitten is one thing, posing for the press afterwards is a whole different issue
What was the general opinion on the rfuk thread? _________________

4 pages is huge!! Lol
Well it was the shop owner who started the thread ... and everyone was being very nice about it really, no one had a go about it being in the paper! I was quite surprised actually, it's normally an aggressive forum (IMO). The shop owner said the press had exaggerated alot of the info!
But I agree - it shouldn't have got in to the press at all, never mind posing with the damn snake!!!! |
