Would the temps I've labeled in this viv be suitable for a single Leopard Gecko?

(Ignore the spot bulb and mat)

the temps are fine but just in the wrong places.

Leopard geckos need a hide area that is approx 88F, your area with a temp of 88f wouldn't be a good place for a hide.

If you can play about with the heating and provide a hide area of 88f and one of the lower temps, then that would be a nice viv for leopard geckos.

Looking at the set up, what temps does the heat mat reach with your choice of leopard substrate?

If you can meet the temp ranges with the heat mat, and use the bulb for daytime heat boost, then that could work quite well.

Would it be OK if in the 88*F area I put a hide box?

And a humid hide in one of the cooler areas?

in my opinion the high ledge does not look like a good place for leopard gecko hide, they may use it but it's more natural for them to hide down below that shelf, forcing them to climb up for a heated hide may not work.

So, overall, that isn't really a suitable enclosure for keeping Leos?

Lol, the funny thing is, that viv was designed and built by a Leo Breeder, with the intention of housing a Leo.

my leos (I have 13 ) all love to climb and all the adults have shelves, they spend most of their time on these, they have hides on the shelf and hides bellow, they also have bog wood to climb on and make great use of that to, so in my opinion that is a great little viv for a leo.

As Julia says 'it's a great little viv for a leo' but in my opinion you need to raise the temp of the area best used as a hide area. Although they will love to explore and climb, I don't believe putting the warm hide up there is the best place.

It will of course work just the way it is, I am just offering advice on how to tweak it that little bit better.
