1.) do you feed them in a different enclosure? if not, how do you feed them? do you use some kind of plate to avoid the snake's eating of the substrate?
2.) what substrate do you use?
3.) do you hold every snake regularly? how long and how often?
4.) are all your snakes tame?
5.) if the snake is not tame, do you try to tame it? or just use a snake hook in moving them?
6.) if the snake is very hard to tame, do you try and try or you just give up because taming isn't really a necessity in snake keeping?

1) I remove my adult snakes from thier vivs and feed in RUB's. Hatchlings in tubs are just fed in the tub, except my youngest corn who i also remove, so that he gets into the habit before i put him in a viv.
2) Hatchlings live on aspen. Adult corns live on a 3:4 ratio of Orchid bark mixed with aspen. Adult Milk snake lives on a 1:2 mixture of orchid bark and aspen.
3) Corns yes about 4 times a week. Milk snake no only once because he is fast scatty, he is taming down though. Trinkets only get picked up when being cleaned out, because they are not very good feeders, and i find this helps.
4) yes
5) n/a
6) dunno

of course you can ask lol

RUBs are Really Useful Boxes. they are storage boxes that are very similar to conticos (which are the mkore common reptile boxes). RUBs can be purchased from staples, argos and WH Smiths, they come in an awful lot of sizes. I just drilled a few holes in the them, sanded down the hole to make it smooth, and now i use them for feeding snakes in.

you can use them for other things to, thats why they are really useful Wink
