Cool Getting this gem tomorrow.. http://www.kenrockwell.com/nikon/3570.htm its an old lens but a nikon legend..superb optics and built llke a tank..nikon have discontinued this lens now and only a few new copies of it available so snapped one up. Cool
Few reviews http://www.photographyreview.com/mfr/nikon/35mm-zoom/PRD_83538_3128crx.aspx
I have gone for the later af-d version..supposed to be on par with the 28-70mm 2.8 which is saying something!

Laughing I have the 10-20mm Jamie and its a great lens although I should use it more...the nikon was 399 from grays of westminster..loads of cheap ones on flea bay but most are abused and well used as its an old lens I wanted a brand new one..as its being discontinued didn't want to risk getting a duff one..selling my 18-70mm if you want wider on a budget? very sharp mate..took these with it

dennis looks well, touch wood, and your son looks like he is concentrating, is he playing his x-box??? Laughing
so what happens when you give the camera etc to someone who knows nothing about photography? will it still take just as great pictures????
