Not great photos, but getting better...bought a lovely big palm for my front room...great for photo opportunities
Ozzy
Alberta...not happy with me...so left her alone...(I think she might be gravid)
Chamealeo cristatus (my new crested chameleon male) These pics really don't do justice, this is a beautiful species!
Fischers....now I need help with these...I think this is a male K.Fischeri multituberculatum
with flash
Now this one I am unsure of...another male multi? Or maybe tevetanum...I don't know...anyone?
God this ones fast
phew...almost got him
Last one...
Sorry for the long post...hopefully someone can help me ID the fischers...Hope you all like my babies _________________

Hi Mcfluffin
I to have a male Cristatus they are truly stunning! Ive heard they are a bit more difficult to keep so was a bit wary of getting him. Ive had mine approx 2 months now he shed a couple of days ago & now looks magnificant. Drinking & eating really well not at all fussy with food so I think all is going well.Best of luck with yours, how long have you had him?

Well I've had the carpet for about 18 months...Ozzy since that start of the year, the fischers for about 6 weeks, and the cristatus for a week...
There are also more plans (watch this space). TBH these animals bring me so much joy every day, they are a solid investment for my mental wellbeing...particularly as I have a crazy four year old and a PhD to content with at the mo (I'm sure many others can relate) I spend several hours a day seeing to them, spraying, feeding etc...and I still don't see it as a chore...Every once in a while I pop one on the plant in the front room, and let them bask in the sun coming through the window. I'm also going to get them in the garden this summer
I LOVE CHAMS! _________________

Very nice animals! im pretty jealous about the cristatus...
I would say they are both k.multituberculata males, tevetanum look slightly different,no expert though.. Does the second one never show any colour at all? seems like some multis never do,dont really know why.. |
