Big hello to all, My name is Natalia.

i have a young 8 month old male Veiled Chameleon. I have had him since he was this small. >

He doesn't seem to like me much though, unfortunately. Whenever i go near him he puffs himself up and hisses at me if i get to close ( apart from when i have a wax worm in my hand ) A shame really as i would like him to come out of his Viv more and explore. Any advice would be appreciated.

This is kemari now ^

Also i have just changed his Viv for a large Flexarium from a small exo Terra Viv, he has only been in there a few days but he doesn't seem to be moving around alot or eating.. slightly worried but i hope he is just settling in. ( i have posted this in the Chameleon section for anyone who has some advice )

Anyway, thank you for your time and i have posted a few pictures below of Kemari and me for you to look at! Embarassed Sorry if some are a bit on the large side!

Hi Natalia, and welcome to the forum. Kemari is lovely. Don't worry too much about him being a bit unsettled after his move. Chams don't like change, and can take a while to adapt to new surroundings. Just keep feeding and misting as usual! Smile

sounds about right for being stressed.

ive found that adult veilds dont like interaction anyway.

but if that isnt the case with yours id chalk it up to stress.
