Have just added up the cost of making my own racking system and realised i would not be making the massive saving i thought i would be.
Euro Rep are doing a vision rack with C70 tubs at a very reasonable price.Question i would like to ask is has neone got one, what they think of it and does the heat cable heat up the tubs to the correct temp as have heard some people say heat cable is only good for hatching tubs.Any advice on this would be much appreciated.

I know Scott swears by them, and we're hoping to upgrade in a year or 2.

I really like my Vision rack, and if I had enough royals to justify it, I'd definitely buy more the same. It needed more heat cable than it came with, but once I added the extra the temperatures are fine (though the ambient in our snake room is about 25 degrees, obviously if it was cooler I don't know how the heat cable would hold up). Main problem is, I can't use the top two boxes because I'm too short Laughing

They are solidly built and well worth the money they cost.

That's always good to know Toyah. I know what you mean about height, I have to use step ladders for my current racks, mind you they are about 9' high Laughing

Good idea Smile

Mind you, there's 11 boxes in that rack, we only have 7 royals in total - so the top boxes are easier just left empty for now.
