Is it true constrictors eat bigger prey than venomous snakes and if this is the case, why is this so? Mark |

humm, good question. i don't no why or even if it is true but you don't see pics many of king cobras eating large food like you see with the big boas and pythons. also most venomous snakes don't really get a chunky body like the big guys. apart from the gaboons they look quite fat. |

depends what you mean - they can take bigger prey because they are bigger.
but if you're talking relative to size then it may be that their venom works better the smaller the prey _________________
